Priorities, implementation choices, and, when justified, intended outcomes may evolve as evidence and client needs change. Material changes to scope, timing, cost, risk, or responsibilities remain explicit and are managed through agreed governance and change controls.

We remain accountable for the work defined in the scope until the promised evidence is delivered. We then transfer the artifacts, knowledge, and ownership needed to sustain the result.
The organization should emerge stronger than when it began the engagement.
At project completion, the client should clearly understand what was decided and why, what changed, what was proven, what remains unresolved, and who is responsible for the next steps.
Artifacts, controls, knowledge, and responsibilities are transferred as defined in the scope. Continuation may be beneficial, but dependency is never intended.
