Limitls AI is an operating brand of Limitless Tech (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment licensed by Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), license no. 11433. Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Limitless Tech (FZE) is the current contracting entity. A United States entity will be identified here only after it has been legally formed and is ready to contract.
The exact licensed address, banking, and tax information is shared through controlled diligence channels rather than published on the website. Request it through the procurement route below and it is released to the parties who need it for a specific engagement.

Limitls combines senior transformation leadership with a curated partner network spanning AI and software engineering, product delivery, data, cybersecurity, and specialized enterprise technology.
When Limitless Tech is the prime contractor, the proposed delivery roles and delivery parties are disclosed during proposal and diligence. Before any delivery party receives client information or access, Limitls places that party under applicable written access, confidentiality, data-handling, security, intellectual-property, and continuity obligations. Limitless Tech remains accountable for the scope it has contracted to deliver, subject to the signed agreement.
Delivery-party names, locations, access, and relevant evidence can be provided during qualified diligence, subject to confidentiality and client requirements.
Proportionate controls tailored to each engagement.
Limitls applies security controls based on the systems, information, access, and risk involved in each engagement. The operating baseline covers identity and access, protected business devices, approved workspaces, secure software delivery, incident response, continuity, delivery-party governance, and secure return or deletion of client information.
Client-specific controls, residency requirements, access paths, testing boundaries, and incident obligations are agreed during scoping and contracting. Highly sensitive work can be performed within a client-controlled environment where that is the appropriate model.
Supporting security information is available to qualified customers during due diligence. Limitls does not claim certification unless a current certificate covers the relevant scope.
Client information is used for the agreed purpose.
Limitls limits collection and access to what the engagement requires. Client information is handled under the signed agreement, applicable privacy terms and agreed retention or deletion instructions.
Limitls does not use client confidential information to train its own or a third party’s general-purpose AI models, or for unrelated product improvement, benchmarking or marketing, unless the client gives explicit written authorization. Confidential information is not placed into unapproved consumer AI services.
Where Limitls processes personal data on a client’s documented instructions, a Data Processing Addendum and processing schedule can be included in the contract stack.
Human accountability is central to our process.
AI accelerates research, analysis, design, and delivery, but does not replace professional judgment or accountability.
Limitls defines approved tools and data classes, minimizes sensitive inputs, applies proportionate review and testing, documents material model or provider dependencies where needed, and maintains accountable human review over client-facing decisions and deliverables.
Engagement-specific governance, validation, explainability, model-use and regulatory requirements are written into scope when they matter to the outcome.
No active testing without explicit authorization.
Limitls leads the engagement. An appropriately licensed specialist performs the hands-on testing, and the proposed delivery party and relevant credentials are disclosed before signature.
Application, API, and AI security assurance begins only after the actual system owner has approved the target, test window, permitted techniques, stop conditions, communications path, and evidence-handling rules in writing.
Third-party infrastructure and cloud-provider permissions remain the client’s responsibility unless the SOW allocates that work differently. Findings are evidence for remediation and a client decision; they are not a guarantee that a system has no vulnerabilities.
A delivery partner's certification, accreditation or registration belongs solely to that named party and does not constitute a certification, accreditation or registration of Limitless Tech (FZE) or the Limitls AI brand.
Delivery does not rely on individual memory.
Material engagements use named delivery and backup roles, a current decision and status record, company-controlled engagement artifacts, documented access and handover steps, and an agreed transition path. Client access is removed, and information is returned or deleted according to the contract when work ends.
Specific recovery times, availability or emergency response commitments apply only when written into the SOW and supported by the delivery model.
Information available to qualified buyers.
Subject to relevance, confidentiality, and current status, Limitls can support a diligence process with:
- legal-entity and trade-license information;
- tax-registration evidence, as applicable;
- bank-account confirmation through a controlled channel;
- mutual NDA, MSA, SOW, DPA and security-schedule drafts;
- security, privacy, responsible-AI, retention and continuity summaries;
- delivery-party and subprocessor information for the proposed scope;
- relevant specialist credentials and insurance evidence, attributed to the party that holds them;
- completed buyer questionnaires and evidence available for the proposed engagement;
- references or case evidence where permission and confidentiality allow.
The specific documentation provided depends on the buyer, jurisdiction, data, systems, and scope. Limitls does not publish tax certificates, bank letters, personal identification, client-confidential evidence, or sensitive security configurations on the public website.
