Measurement without unnecessary tracking or data collection is our standard.
Limitls uses only the minimum website measurement necessary to determine if visitors can find services, review evidence, and complete an inquiry.
What runs without your permission
Two things run on every visit, and neither one asks you first.
- Technologies needed to deliver and secure the website. Your privacy choice is one of them: it is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, as a single record holding your decision, the date you made it, the version of this notice it was made against, and its expiry. It contains no identifier for you and it is never sent to us.
- Vercel Web Analytics, in its cookie-free, privacy-minimized mode. It reports pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location, browser and device type. It sets no cookie, reads no cookie, and stores nothing on your device. Vercel identifies a visit using a value derived from the request itself and discards what produced that value within 24 hours, so there is no lasting identifier and no profile across visits. We treat it as essential measurement and it is not behind the banner.
We do not send names, email addresses, organization names, free-text form content or confidential information to any analytics service. Web addresses are filtered before they leave your browser: only campaign parameters and the service you arrived from are kept, and everything else in a link, including anything you typed, is removed.
What runs only if you accept
Google Analytics runs only after you choose Accept. Before you choose, and if you choose Decline, its script is not loaded, no request is made to Google, and no Google cookie is set. There is nothing to switch off because nothing was started.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies on this website, _ga and a second one named for this website’s measurement stream. They distinguish your browser from another so that visits can be counted and grouped into sessions. They last up to two years unless you clear them or withdraw your choice. Google receives the filtered web address described above, your approximate location, and your browser and device type, and processes that information under its own terms as our analytics provider.
Accepting analytics changes nothing else. The website, the contact form, the legal pages and scheduling all work the same either way, and your choice is never bundled with sending us an inquiry.
Changing your choice
Select Privacy preferences in the footer of any page. The banner returns with neither option selected and you can choose again. If Google Analytics was running, withdrawing stops it: we clear its cookies from this website and reload the page so nothing of it is left active.
We remember Accept and Decline for the same period, six months, so that declining is not punished by being asked again on every visit. After that we ask once more. We will also ask again if this notice changes in a way that alters what we collect. If your browser blocks or clears the stored choice, or we cannot read a valid one, Google Analytics stays off and the banner returns.
Scheduling with Calendly
Hosting and security services may use strictly necessary technology under their own terms. An embedded third-party service you choose to open, such as the scheduler described here, may load its own analytics and advertising providers under its terms rather than ours, and your choice on this website does not authorize them.
When you choose Schedule a call, we load Calendly within this page. Calendly processes the information you enter to arrange the meeting and provides its own cookie settings for the scheduling experience. You can decline optional cookies and continue booking.
Calendly loads its own analytics and advertising providers inside that scheduling area, under its own terms rather than ours. Nothing from Calendly loads, and no Calendly cookie is set, until you choose to schedule.
Calendly’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab) explains its processing. You can also open the booking page separately from the link offered beside the scheduling button. Our privacy control cannot remove cookies another website stored on its own domain.
If the configuration changes
No advertising pixel, session-replay tool or live-chat tracking is configured on this website. If Limitls introduces one, or any other non-essential tracking technology, it will update this page and the Privacy Notice and implement any consent required by applicable law before that technology loads.
