JPMorgan Chase's mobile app served over 44 million monthly active users, most of whom held cash but had not begun investing. The objective was to change this behavior at scale by providing personalized prompts and educational content to encourage users to consider investing, all within a highly regulated financial environment.
Mandate
Delivered the AI-driven investment personalization engine for the Chase mobile app. Led a cross-functional team of over 15 professionals in engineering, data science, UI/UX, compliance, product, and senior leadership.
